We have been very fortunate in the amount of inclement weather we have received in 2017-2018 so far this winter season, but unfortunately, winter is not over. So don’t put your shovel away yet!
Within 24 hours of snow stopping, you will need to:
If you are a middle townhome unit, shovel the area in front of your home and lay down a slip resistant material.
If you are an end townhome unit, you will need to shovel the area in front of your home and if you have a sidewalk adjacent or to the side of your home, you are responsible for that also. You will also need to lay down a slip resistant material.
Please do not shovel snow back into the roadway, as the snow contractor will be trying to plow. Remove the snow and put it in a common area or on your property.
If you have any questions, please contact the onsite HOA office at 703-669-2969.

As of December 2016, with Policy Resolution No. 2016-12(a) being adopted, all residents must use a secure lidded trash receptacle labeled with your house #/address (i.e. 402GK) and a recycling container.
All trash must be in a container and secured and not to be placed at the curb in plastic bags or in common areas.
All trash cans must be retrieved after trash pick up and stored out of open view on non-collection trash days.
All big-trash must be scheduled for pick-up with Town of Leesburg at 703-771-2790.
Residents are still placing trash in common areas in plastic bags in piles which are unattractive. These piles make easily accessible for wildlife.
If it is windy or the weather is bad, please make your trash is secure so that it is not blowing throughout the neighborhood. This also makes it easier for the trash crew to pick it up. (They do not pick up loose trash).
Please be respectful of the new policy and get a new receptacle and follow the rules.
